It became the MFC Cinema 6 on July 22, 2000. It became the N & S Cinema 6 on July 7, 2002. Renamed Act One Theatre on January 7, 2005, it was closed on September 25, 2005.

Accoording to their website the theater is closed
I went to see Town and Country here in 2001. First theater I had ever been to that served alcohol. I’ve looked for this theater name for years, only remembering that it was a well kept discount theater behind the Volusia Mall.
Whats does MFC and N & S short for?
The Volusia Cinemas 4-9, opened by United Artists on June 20, 1986, was sold to new owners who reopened it as the MFC Cinema 6 on July 22, 2000. It became the N & S Cinema 6 on July 7, 2002, shifting to alternative films, and was renamed Act One Theatres on January 7, 2005. The theater closed on September 25, 2005.
United Artists operated the theater until January 30, 2000.
