Dongara Drive-In

Located on Port Leander Drive on the north corner of Ridley Street. The Port Denison Drive-In opened in January 1967 and closed in 1989. It was reopened in 1992 as the Dongara Drive-In.

The Dongara Drive-in was seen on an episode of WA Weekender on 7/5/2017 mentioning it’s celebrating it’s 5oth birthday(sometime this year!)!

Exhibitor was West Talkies(Ray Dean) from (1966 or January 1967?) to 1989. Closed in 1989. Reopened in 1992 and operated by Dennis McKenna.
