Medina Gardens opened on 26th November 1954. Medina Gardens closed on(31st October 1960?). Medina Gardens was sold and demolished(date unknown?), and became the site for a new post office.

The post office has closed and has been taken over by one of the shops in the Medina Green Shopping Centre(unknown which shop?).

The Medina Green Shopping Centre is on Pace Road at the intersection of medina Avenue.

The Medina Gardens was located behind the Medina Cinema building.
