The Pine Theatre was across the railroad tracks from the Park Theatre. It has been used for years as a lawyers office, but the façade still looks like a theatre façade. Have not been able to locate any pictures as a theatre.
Uploaded a 1948 photo identified as Front Street, Pelham, GA. The theatre in the image doesn’t have the elaborate facade of the Park so I am going to assume it’s Pine.
