Corydon’s second Dream Theatre opened in October 1930 in a two story brick building which had been constructed in 1895. Within a few years the theatre was relocated to East Chestnut Street not far from the site of the original Dream Theatre. Jennie May and her son Gilbert were the operators.

I think this Dream Theatre operated for only a few years. I know it was already relocated by the end of the decade.
