Closed on May 18th, 1971 after its final performance of a horror triple bill.

It appears the Tivoli Theatre may been demolished or absorved into the building that is now Los Angeles Warhouse(childrens clothing) and Sanborns(Womens clothing) and another building behind(use and name unknown?).
