Located at the North Village Mall, the Forum Cinemas I & II was opened on August 8, 1975 with Marilyn Hassett and Beau Bridges in “The Other Side of the Mountain”. Seating was provided for 500 & 400. On November 17, 1978 it became a triple screen cinema, renamed Forum 3 Theatre and was closed after a fire in 1990. The Mall was demolished in Fall of 2010.
