Deanmill Hall

Deanmill Hall was built and (opened?) in(1912?). The first movie screening was on 13th July 1923. The hall burnt down in 1924. The hall was rebuilt in(mid-1920’s?). Movies were screened in the new hall from the(mid-1920’s?) to the mid-1960’s. The Deanmill mill closed in 2012. The hall is still there unused. The mill may reopen in the future!
