Nearby Theaters
Cadoux Hall opened in 1930. Movies were screened from the 1950’s. An outdoor gardens was opened in 1959. Movie screenings ceased when an earthquake destroyed the hall(and gardens?) on 2nd June 1979. Unknown what is on the site now(if anything?).

Located at south east corner of Dowerin Kalanie Road, and Jackson Street. The site is ow fallen masonry and a plaque about the earthquake that destroyed the hall on 2nd June 1979.
