The E. De Veer Drive-In was opened on October 18, 1968. Number or cars unknown? Near the intersection of Highway 1A and Highway 4B in Balashi on the south coast of the island. It was closed around 2012. It was re-opened on 31st July 2020.

This DI (or remnants of?) more accurately maps at Rt 1 and 4, Aruba. On Google maps it south of where it actually is go north on 1 across bridge and it says right on the map ‘Drive In Theater (former)’ so I think it is now closed. It looks as though they are widening the highway.
This drive-in should be listed as closed and possibly demolished. The screen is long gone and the projection booth/concession stand is rubble.
Not sure on opening date but closing date is roughly 2012 as aerial photos show the screen removed in this year.
It re-opens friday July 31 2020
