This opened on June 30th, 1972. The grand opening ad can be found in the photo section.

saw “The Warriors” there

This was located right off of Lake Street and JFK Blvd in Addison, near Indian Trail Jr. High School. It was turned into an emergency medical center and I believe they are still using the same building to this day.
