The Best Theatre was opened by 1933. It was still open in 1936, but had closed by 1937. The original marquee still clings onto the building today, with the auditorium in use possibly as a parking garage.

The Best theatre opened on August 10th, 1927. Grand opening ad posted.

Closed March 2nd, 1934 after a fire.
