Valley Forge Drive-In circa 1957

From 1956 to 1971 the Valley Forge Drive-In, a Budco theatre, was located at the intersection of Allendale Road and Route 202 in King of Prussia, PA. The drive-in closed when the property was sold to Levitz Furniture Company, a nationwide chain of American furniture stores that helped create the “furniture warehouse” genre of retail furniture sales, in September 1971.
