The Dundale Opened In 1961. Construction Probably Began Earlier That Year.

Closed In June 1984.

My first job during high school was at the snack bar. Would take home the leftover popcorn home in a plastic bag for the family.

The Dundale Drive-In was leased by Plitt Theatres for one or two seasons in the early 80’s. Plitt was the last operator of the location.

Approx. address for this drive-in was 1101 Higgins Road. Rock Road Dr. was the entrance.

I miss the old Dundale Drive-in. The best part was the playground before the movie. The little merry-go-round was the best.

Here is a comment.GOLDEN HOT-SHOT Car heaters were installed here,according to Sept.7 1964 BOXOFFICE. Pity there are no more comments.
