The Cozy Theatre began as the Cozy Airdome which opened in 1914. The hardtop theatre was opened in November 1914. By 1941 it was operated by the H & H Theatre Co. chain, although it could have been one of their properties which had closed. Still listed as part of the chain in 1943, but not operating.

The Cozy Theatre was created in 1914. It started as the Cozy Airdome with summer programming. When the season ended, the hardtop was ready to go with the Cozy Theatre opening in November of 1914.
