The Lincoln Theatre was opened by 1926. By 1931 it was operating as the Rex Theatre. It was listed as (Closed) in the 1932 edition of Film Daily Yearbook. It remained closed until S.S. Millard reopened it as the Paris Theatre in April 1937. It closed in 1941. By 2019 the building was being used by a clothing alterations store.

Before it was the Paris Theater this was the Rex.

City directories from 1926 and 1927 show that the Lincoln Theatre was operating at 2169 Broadway. So this was the Lincoln Theatre, then the Rex Theatre, then the Paris Theatre.
