Theater

This theater appears on the June 1912 Sanborn. It was located in a one story brick building of typical design for the era. This building did not exist in 1905, and may have been built as a theater.

Fredonia is not listed in the 1914-15 AMPD. It is possible this theater had already closed, but it may have been one of several theaters listed under various names starting in the 1926 Yearbook.

The building, which originally had a 514 address, is in decent shape. There is a rather unattractive plywood storefront, and it is used as a hair salon.
