This was apparently the 5th location of the Rex Theatre, with the prior one to this located at 215 E. Main Street that closed in 1929 per the Cinematour website. It would have been next door to the State Theatre which was at 217 E. Main Street. The other previous Rex Theatre addresses are unknown.
