This theater appears on the June 1909 Sanborn. It was located in a very old two story brick storefront that was constructed sometime before 1884. The 1905 map shows a restaurant here.
This would have been a very small space, and this theater had closed by December of 1916, when the map notes this structure as ‘To Be Variety Store’.
The building is in good shape today. There is a rather nondescript storefront, and it houses a computer repair business.
