This theatre appears on the November 1911 Sanborn. It was located in the southern storefront of a large two story brick building constructed between 1888 and 1893, most likely by a fraternal organization. The 1905 map shows a grocery here.

This theatre appears to have closed by 1914-15, as it is not listed in the AMPD. No later maps are available online to provide a more complete history.

Parsons' downtown is in tragic condition, and only about 25% still exists. This building was demolished some time ago, and the site is one of the many surface parking lots degrading the streetscape.
