This theater appears on the 1911 Sanborn. It replaced two wooden stores from the 1903 map. A fairly standard design, the only unusual feature is that the screen was used as piano storage.
The 1924 map is not available online. This may have been closed by 1915, but certainly by 1926.
The site today is a vacant lot and a nondescript storefront.
