General Cinema Yorktown I-II-III-IV

The Yorktown Cinema was opened as a twin by General Cinemas at the Yorktown Shopping Center on July 3, 1970. Two more screens were added on August 13, 1976. In June 1983 it was expanded to 6-screens. It was closed on April 7, 1997 and the six-screen cinema was demolished.

The AMC Dine-In Yorktown 18 was built on the site. (It has its own page on Cinema Treasures).
