Kino Rio

Elektroteātris"Ziemeļpols" (dibinātājs un īpašnieks Hilels Berlins) ir projektēts kā kinoteātris 1910.gadā un atvērts 1911.gadā ar pirmisrādi 11.aprīlī.Kopš tā laika ir darbojies tikai kā kinoteātris ar dažādiem nosaukumiem (ZIEMEĻPOLS,KOLIZEJS,AINA,KOMJAUNIETIS,NORDPOLS,KINO RIO) un īpasniekiem bez pārtraukuma līdz pat mūsdienām!Pašlaik darbojas ar nosaukumu"ĶINO RIO' INTERSANTS FAKTS -dibinātājs Hilels Berlins 1913gada sākumā VENTSPILĪ par savu naudu un pats organize pirmās spēļfilmas Baltijas teritorijā(cariskās Krievijas impērijas) uzņemšanu!Filma saucas- “KUR PATIESĪBA"par ebreju kursistes traģēdiju cariskajā Krievijā! Filmas pirmizrāde notiek Ventspilī "Ziemeļpolā” 23.un 24.maijā! INTRIGA -filma ir saglabājusies līdz mūsdienām un ir atrasta,bet autortiesības ir nepatiesi piedēvētas S.Mintusam kurš filmu 1913 gada otrā pusē nopirka no Hilela Berlina! Vēsturnieks Armands Vijups ir apkopojis dokumenus un vēstures liecības gŗāmatā" KUR PATIESĪA JEB EBREJU KURSISTES TRAĢĒDIJA"izdotu 2022.gadā Ventspilī,Ventspils muzejs

The electric theatre North Pole (founder and owner Hillel Berlin) was designed as a cinema in 1910 and opened in 1911 with a premiere on April 11. Since then, it has operated only as a cinema with various names: North Pole, Coliseum, Aina, Komsomol, Nordpol and owners without interruption until today when in 2025 it is operating as the Kino Rio.

Interesting Fact: Founder Hillel Berlin at the beginning of 1913 in Ventspils for his own money and himself organises the shooting of the first feature film in the Baltic Territory (Tsarist Russian Empire)! The film is called “Where is the Truth” about a tragedy of a Jewish in Tsarist Russia! The premiere of the film took place in Venspils North Pole on May 23 and 24! Intrigue: The film has survived to this day and has been found, but the copyright is falsely attributed to S. Mintus, who bought the film from Hillel Berlin in the second half of 1913. Historian Armands Vijups has compiled documents and historical evidence in the written piece “Where the True or Tragedy of the Jewish Curator” published in 2022 in Venspils, Ventspils Museum.
