The Colonial Theatre was opened by Robert McDonald in 1910. In 1917 a Marr & Colton was installed, which was enlarged (or replaced in 1917). In 1928 a W.W. Kimball organ was installed.
The Colonial Theatre was closed in 1932 and demolished. The Stanley Theatre was built on the site which opened in 1933 (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures).
