Located in Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry to the southeast of Paris. Opened in the mid-1950’s, the ABC cinema had a beautiful 360-seat auditorium equipped with a 7.5-meter by 2-meter stage. Despite renovation and a reduction in capacity to 250 seats, the cinema unfortunately closed its doors at the end of the 1970’s due to declining audience numbers.

Left closed and abandoned for around ten years, hope was rekindled in the early-1980’s with a project to renovate the cinema, led by the local council. Unfortunately, this did not come to fruition, and a screen-printing company moved into the building for a few years, emptied of its seats and projection equipment.

At the end of 2017, the building was demolished to make way for an apartment development.
