This theater appears on the 1914 Sanborn. It was located in one of the storefronts of the Capitol Block, a two story brick commercial building constructed in 1887. The 1908 map shows a harness shop here.
This theater may have been the Isis Theater, which is listed in the 1914-15 AMPD, with no address. No later maps are available online, but this closed many years ago, likely before 1926.
The northernmost section of the building has been remodeled or replaced, leaving the theater space as the last intact section. It is today in fair condition, and the offices of a staffing company.

The November 8, 1916 issue of Moving Picture World mentions a Casino Theatre at McPherson. It was operated by an A. E. Oelrich. The October 15, 1910 issue of The Nickelodeon said that “Will Strahan will open a new moving picture show at McPherson.”
Howard Collins was noted as the proprietor of the Isis Theatre in the March 8, 1912 issue of the McPherson Weekly Republican.
I don’t know that any of these items had to do with the theater in the Capitol Block, but I’ll leave them here just in case.
