The Lyric Theater is listed in the 1909/1910 city directory. In 1915 Baldwin and Stock purchased the theater. Later that year it was sold to Myron Bonheim, who changed the name to the Franklin Theater.
It was demolished in 2017 and the site is still an empty lot in 2026.
