The theater appears on the 1915 Sanborn. It was located in the southern storefront of the Wilcox Block, an old two story brick commercial building constructed sometime before 1884. The 1909 map shows a restaurant here.
This theater was not a success, and by 1922 it had reverted to retail. Sometime between 1942 and 1950, both this building and the building to the south lost their second story to a remodel. The theater space today is part of a boutique.
