Located in the outer northwest of the city in the Reinickendorf district. The Marwin-Lichtspiele was opened in 1926 and was designed by architect Leopold Ostrowski with 430-seats. It also contained a dance hall. It was renamed Korso-Lichtspiele in 1927 and closed in 1932.

It was reopened in 1946 and was redesigned (possibly following damage to the building by Alied bombs during World War II.). Architect Erich Birkholz drew plans for the building and it was reopened in 1955 with 573-seats. It was equipped with CinemaScope. It was closed in 1965.

It has been demolished and an apartment block now stands on the site.
