Located in the south district of Tempelhof. This imposing building was constructed in 1926. In 1930 architect Erwin Buhrke designed plans for a 288-seats cinema inside the building, which opened as the Korso Lichtspiele. In 1938 the seating capacity was increased to 435-seats, all on a single sloping floor. The Korso Lichtspiele was closed in 1964.

It has been converted into a supermarket.
