The Plaza Theatre operated as early as 1934 and was still open in 1964. There’s not a lot of information about this theater rather than it was the town’s largest theater, featuring CinemaScope installations in its later years.
It was once operated by R.N. Smith, but turned into a little game of “Who’s Holding Donna Now” until Interstate Theatres took it over by the aftermath of World War II.
