Located in St. Heliers, a district in the east of Auckland. This began life as the Peerless Dance Hall. It went over to silent movies in the 1920’s, becoming the Peerless Theatre. In 1950 it was renamed Tatler Theatre when it was operated by Kerridge-Odeon. The auditorium has been demolished and the front of the building is in use a a cafe.
