The Glades Theatre opened in 1949 a few years after the demise of the New Glades Theatre. The Glades Theatre featured a Quonset‑hut style auditorium built behind a storefront, with the front room serving as the foyer. The building still remains as of October 2026 and is used as a retail establishment.
