The Fresno Bee reported in May of 2000 that Signature Theatres had acquired 56 movie screens formerly operated by Mann Theatres in Northern California.

The Regency 6, built in 1981, and the Festival in Fresno were then closed, with plans to sell the Clovis site for redevelopment.

The former Regency 6 has most recently been advertised as a church and banquet hall.
