Located in the southeast of the city centre. The Cine Hora was opened as a newsreel cinema on 31st December 1941. It later went over to screening second-run films, and was considered a bit of a ‘rat hole’, due to the vermin seen inside the building. It was closed in July 1972 and has been demolished. The adjacent Teatro Apolo, a live theatre has been built covering a much larger site.
