This theatre appears on the 1921 Sanborn, in the southern storefront of a two story brick commercial block.
The building was constructed between 1894 and 1903, and the 1908 map shows a clothing store in that portion.
No later maps are available, but this space reverted to retail use. The building is rather shabby and was at least partially vacant, but the 2019 Streetview shows the space being remodeled.
