The Roebuck Mart Cinema was opened by Cine Cinemas on September 9th, 1970. It became the Mart Art Cinema on May 2nd, 1975, showing gay male adult movies and renamed Tomkat Adult Theatre on October 8th, 1976. Advertisements stopped in 1990 for this cinema and later demolished for a bank.
