Another ‘Novelty Theatre’ appearing on the 1908 Sanborn, this one was located in a pre-1888 brick commercial building which had long been a saloon.

Like its competitor to the east, this was surely a very basic affair, and as larger theatres appeared it was closed. The 1913 map shows this address vacant, suggesting it may have been closed only a short time before.

The building is in decent shape, with some odd glass block inserts from a 1940’s or 1950’s remodel. The ground floor today is home to a Middle Eastern restaurant.
