Eng Wah Sun Plaza

Opened on 3rd June 2000, the six screen Eng Wah Sun Plaza caters to moviegoers living in the then newly developed Sembawang New Town. All of the halls featured stadium seating and Directors' Club Seats, which are sofas placed at the back of each hall. It was closed on 4th January 2009 due to expiry of lease and was then left vacant.

When the mall underwent a major revamp in 2014, the vacant cinema premises was converted to educational use. Level 4 is now currently occupied by a bunch of tuition and enrichment centres while the entirety of Level 5 is currently occupied by the Sembawang Public Library.
