J.B. sorry my 1956 motion picture almanac does not have a Jenkinsburg Drive-in.It had either closed or maybe wasn’t built yet.Hopefully some other CT guys can help.I am doing every Drive-in Georgia a few at a time. Only"J" was Jesup Family Drive-in.
Worst thing to happen to the real theatre and showmanship business.I can handle up to four screens,and really don’t like that.Why does a theatre have to be a “showcase for DVD product”.
I watched “BLADE RUNNER” on VHS,so i know that is a major strike against me,but hard as i tried,I just didn’t get into it.I am not saying it was a bad movie,It just did not appeal to me.
Great Tim.I was hopimg someone from Macon would get on CT.I put a lot of Drive-ins on CT from Macon and have gotten very little,if any response.Check them out.

I can see why a grade school kid would be excited with “GOODBYE,COLUMBUS” an R rated movie,right Daryl.
You could tell it was ready to close.marquee in bad shape.

alot of film stars and Directors could give money to theatre projects.JodarMovieFan,Maybe they do and we never read about it.

Blockbuster is closing stores every where.Don’t think the movie business with all its problems has a thing to worry about.
Best thing to do is go after the Halloween Horror shows,nice T-shirts for half price or less in Orlando!

Great Movie,wish more theatres even these lousy 20 plexs would show an old movie,but not charge 2010 prices for a ticket.
Glad so many folks enjoyed “JAWS” guess it is worth making about two bucks an hour to work.
