I uploaded some shots from Google Street View. If this is indeed the original theater, as I surmise, then it has since been demolished, seemingly between August 2014 - July 2017.
Devastated to report that after inspecting the site myself today, I was wrong. Demolition has indeed started on the back half of the building. The facade is still intact. I suppose it’s too late at this point :(
Demolition has not started yet, and may not happen at all according to a friend who runs a nearby business. Seems that the new owners are amenable to restoration. I’m going to try!!!
Heartbroken to report that this building has been completely demolished and replaced with eyesore new construction condos. I am mad that the neighborhoods didn’t let this become a venue in 2008 because of “parking, drunken patrons” etc. Imagine that. The neighborhood has since completely transformed, and the building is once again vacant.

Bathroom was accessible seemingly from the auditorium. The other bathroom was on the opposite side of the room.
