This was listed under the Robb & Rowley listings in the 1940 Film Daily Yearbook. Robb & Rowley was the major chain in Dallas,TX. They also had the Pasadena and State.

An older triplex operated in the northwest corner of the mall property from the late 1970’s until 1996. It was owned by Mann. You can see the building in Maps.bing.com’s bird eye view. It since been demolished.

One young girl (about 5) had one of those annoying LED pendent that stayed on during the movie at Cinéma Banque Scotia in Montreal, that’s worse than any phone screen.

Cinépolis has some major multiplex with IMAX 3D etc in Mexico. I am surprised they are trying out the US market.
