  • <p>Sidewall view from the balcony. This view is no longer possible as a wall has separated the balcony from the rest of the auditorium. The sheetrock wall comes right down where the man in the white shirt is standing. Only slight damage was done to the walls (all renovations are designed to be reversible). The orchestra section is being split into an extended lobby and a 750 seat auditorium for Cleveland Playhouse and the balcony for now will be unused. But would make a great cinema room slash lecture hall.</p>

  • <p>The November 6, 1961 edition of the Box Office shows Stanley-Warner workers demonstrating the Norelco Universal 35mm/70mm projection with Ashcraft Super Cinex lamps right after the June 1961 remodel. These installations also comes along with a six-channel transistorized sound system and a 50ft Pearlite screen.</p> <p>The names of the operators were shown below.</p>
