What happened to the 2 closed screens and why did they close them?

Can anybody confirm whether O'Neil Theatres operated/opened this theatre? Besides the signage looking suspiciously like theirs I show that “Trad-A-House Inc.” was registered at this address which was O'Neil’s corporate identity.

This opened on July 24th, 1992. No grand opening ad was bought for this cinema.

Haven’t been there for a few years. OK place. Good value for the admission. Great popcorn.

This opened as the Taft Hollywood-12 in 1992. It became the Flipper in 2002 and lost two screens in the process.
