Originally a single screen, 900-seat theatre that opened August 24, 1966 with a giant screen & nursery service, as well as accommodations from private screenings and parties. It was operated by JF Theatres. Taken over by R/C Theatres in 1979 it became two screens on December 12, 1980. It was expanded to three screens in 1985, accommodating 200 & 250 in each of the rear venues and 320 in the front portion of the theatre. Admission price was $2.50 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday through Thursday all seats were a dollar. Closed in 1997, it became a video store and has since been demolished.

Closed circa 1998, it became a video store. The location should be Reisterstown MD, not Owings Mills.

Yes, this theatre is in Reisterstown. I lived accross the street in 1993-1994. It was in a Shopping Center with a Mars, Woolworth’s and an Ames Dept. Store. I posted a Fall 1994 photo.
