The Mini-Flick 1 & 2 opened June 21, 1973 with Richard Chamberlain in “Lady Caroline Lamb” & Cicely Tyson in “Sounder”. Each screen had 150 seats. It was operated by Schwaber World-Fare Theatres. It was taken over by JF Theatres in 1982 and it closed as a discount house in 1986.

In 1988 it was gutted internally and converted into a carpet showroom.
