The Drive-In was opened by 1951 when it was operated by W.H. Graham. By 1952 it had been renamed Blountstown Drive-In and was operated by Joe Durhan, who by 1954 had been joined by ABC Theatrical Ent. It appeared on topographical maps as recently as 1984 and may have stood until at least 1992. Today, the lot is used by the Blountstown Beer Company Brewery.
The drive-in stood along W. Central Avenue (Florida 20 W), directly south of the intersection with 23rd Street and the address given is approximate.

There are three pictures of this theater on its entry page at Drive-ins.com: http://www.drive-ins.com/gallery/fltblou
Cinema Treasure has a video on this drive in, including the felling of the screen. There is also a video of the remains of the Ponce De Leon Drive in on Cinema Treasures.
This operated as early as 1955, although I cannot find any information about its early life.
A closer address is 19119 FL-20 W, Blountstown, FL.
This puts it right where the drive-in sat.
The drive-in shows up in a 1957 aerial and still looks intact in 1984, but was demolished by 1994.
Today, the property is home to Blountstown Brewery which is temporarily closed. There is no trace of the drive-in remaining.
