Located in the ‘Harlem of the South’, this was an African-American Theatre. The Globe Theatre was opened in 1909. It was previously operated by Coulter-Somma Circuit, Lichtman Theatres and Durkee Theatres. It was still open in 1955 operated by District Theaters.
