The Lake Drive-In opened in June/July 1962. Car capacity was 250 and it was open at least into the early-1980’s.

A closer address is 3966 Co Rd 61, Barnum, MN 55707. The drive-in appeared to be intact in a 1991 aerial photo, but it has been totally demolished and there is no trace of it left. http://tinyurl.com/ppourth
From the aerial I see no evidence of the drive-in at that address. The Film Journal listed the drive-in as being in Moose Lake. That would make sense since the name was the Lake Drive-In. I think I would go with the information in the Film Journal.
You need to look at the 1991 aerial from NETR Online, you can see the drive-in very clearly close to that address as listed for Google.

This puts it right next to where the entrance road use to be.
The drive-in appears intact, although probably not operational in a 1991 aerial. By 2003, it had been completely demolished.
Today, it appears to be a dirt and gravel dump with no trace of the drive-in remaining.
