Midway Drive-In

The Midway Drive-In was located about 3 miles west of Lovell sitting on the east side of US 14 near the river.

The drive-in was open before 1955 when it was operated by H.D. Bischoff. It made it into the 1990’s. However, it was subsequently closed and demolished.

Today, there is nothing left of the drive-in save for the outline and entrance/exit road.

Same drive-in? Boxoffice, Aug. 20, 1949: “LOVELL, WYO. - Al W. Davis of Byron is building a 300-car drive-in here. Equipment including Royal Soundmaster in-car speakers, is being furnished by the Holmes Projector Co., with L. S. Brown acting as the factory representative.”
